Update 8AUG13: From what I understand these clock covers are pretty much discontinued at this point, so I've moved this to the Legacy section.

I ordered a new cover from www.slhondaparts.com for $7.10. Direct link HERE

There are 2 different ones! I ordered them both since I didn't know which one I needed.

The part numbers look like this: 39701-SF1-A01ZC or 39701-SF1-A02ZE
the A01Z #'s are for the standard clocks made by NS (look at your cover near the buttons on the bottom left for "NS Japan")
the A02Z #'s I assume are for the optional digital clocks made by Citizen and do not fit the NS clocks (If you have this clock, I'll sell you my spare cover (39701-SF1-A02ZF black) for $8 shipped)

NS Part numbers:
39701-SF1-A01ZC = PALMY SAND
39701-SF1-A01ZE = CAMEL
39701-SF1-A01ZF = GRAPHITE BLACK (DISCONTINUED)
39701-SF1-A01ZG = PALMY BLUE

Citizen part numbers:
39701-SF1-A02ZC = PALMY SAND
39701-SF1-A02ZE = CAMEL
39701-SF1-A02ZF = GRAPHITE BLACK (DISCONTINUED)
39701-SF1-A02ZG = PALMY BLUE

Replacement is fairly straight forward.

Pry out the clock from the dash gently and unplug the connector on the back.
There are several clips the hold cover on, pry them up and seperate the peices of the clock carefully. The buttons will fall out!
Position the buttons into the new cover (they are keyed and only fit in one way) and snap the back piece back on and stick it back in the dash.
