Go to your local cycle shop and ask to order from the Parts Unlimited catalog. www.parts-unlimited.com
They have to order it for you, don't see an online method.
In the Goodridge Universal ss brake line section, ColorFlex lines come in clear, red, or blue.
Order the 24" or 25" line. The shop I went to had the banjo fittings in store, get 1 10mm straight & 1 10mm 35° angle for clearance by the slave cylinder.

10mm chrome straight banjo fitting $14.49
10mm chrome 35° angle banjo fitting $12.49 (I think this was priced wrong)
