4ws Parts You Need

Major components you need from a 4WS Prelude:

The top is the front 4WS rack. The middle is the rear steering gearbox and rear sub frame. And the bottom is the distribution shaft running between them. You also need the bolts to mount all of it up.

You also need to get the 4WS 4 way splitter shown below:

The Honda part number is:
53777-SF1-J62 - SENSOR, FOUR-WAY JOINT #46

If you can't get the real thing from Honda you should be able to fab something up at your local auto parts store.

You also need to get the bolts for the rear lower control arms where they attach to the rear sub frame. (They are special, you can't use a regular bolt.):

The Honda part numbers are:
52387-SF1-J61
- BOLT, ADJUSTING #24
52388-SF1-J60 - PLATE, CAM #25
90366-SF1-J62 - NUT, RR. ARM (LOWER) (12MM) #41

Here is the rear steering gearbox. Note that you need the gearbox and the part it bolts to, the black painted sub frame:

Another thing you should do with the rear rack is make sure you can remove the T40 torx bolt on the bottom of it.(This is crucial for a proper alignment!)
If you wind up stripping it out you can use vise grips to loosen it:
